To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) for dialogue marketing at the earliest possible date for our location in Büdelsdorf.

With the latest process and packaging technology, as well as the development and manufacture of sustainable packaging solutions for the food industry, we at GUTOM GmbH & Co. We are looking for you to strengthen our team. Support us in the area:

  • Support in acquiring new customers, generating leads, contacting potential customers, presenting solutions, sending information and arranging appointments if you are interested.
  • Support in conducting customer interviews and creating potential analyses.
  • Customer care in classic customer service.
  • Independent task processing
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working
  • Support with online marketing (social media, website creation, online marketing, etc.)

What do you bring with you:

  • Ideally, an apprenticeship as a salesperson for dialogue marketing or initial experience in the areas mentioned above with a lot of energy, interest, desire and curiosity
  • Reliability is very important to us
  • An independent and responsible way of working
  • A confident appearance, but also ready to develop further
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good written and spoken German language skills, business fluent English as a second language

In our mechanical engineering department (project: ECKO-Process) we have started the development of an automated production of foiled cardboard boxes without laps for the food industry with an automatic separation of foil and cardboard when used by the consumer. Since mechanical engineering and the manufacture of sustainable packaging depend on reliability and the highest quality, we made a conscious decision in favor of the development and production site in Büdelsdorf. Development, mechanical engineering, production and technical support all come from a single source. And from one place: our location here in the real north.
