Candidacies
If we are looking for employees, we publish job advertisements.
In order to be able to process your application, we need certain data from you.
In addition to your name and contact details, we also need and process your other applicant data, e.g. Your cover letter, CV, certificates or interview notes.
We delete the data generated in the application process if the data is no longer needed for the purpose of the application. This is the case after a maximum period of six months after the end of the application process if employment does not take place. This does not apply if statutory provisions preclude deletion, the data is required for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly consented to a longer storage period.
If we ask for your consent, e.g. to the longer storage of your data, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, § 26 para. 2 BDSG. Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, § 26 BDSG.
Business relation
For the conclusion as well as for the execution of a contract for the services offered by us or by you, we need personal data.
As part of the initiation or execution of the contract, you must provide the personal data necessary for the establishment, execution and termination of the contractual relationship and the fulfillment of the associated contractual obligations. We process your data in order to fulfil the contract with you as well as to fulfil existing legal requirements, e.g. commercial or tax law. This may include a transfer of data to subcontractors, payment service providers or authorities.
Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to store the contract data for ten years. However, after two years we will restrict the processing, i.e. Your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

Credit check
We reserve the right to obtain credit information from a credit agency in individual cases before conclusion of the contract in the event of a significant obligation to make advance payments on our part. The purpose is to protect against payment defaults.

Existing customer advertising
If you become a customer of ours, we may use your e-mail address received in this context to send you advertising for similar goods or services.

Even if we do not send you advertising for a period of two years, we will block your e-mail address from sending you advertising. Web conferencing
By web conferencing we mean the holding of online meetings, video conferences, screen sharing or webinars. We use service providers for the implementation. For this purpose, you as a participant will in particular process registration and contact data as well as communication data that accrue during the conference.
It may be that the service provider processes usage and metadata for the purpose of optimizing its service. Third-party services
