With state-of-the-art process and packaging technology, as well as the development and production of pre-containing packaging solutions for the food industry, we at GUTOM GmbH & Co. Assistant to the Executive Board (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

– General management assistant tasks
– General sales assistant tasks
– Reception representation
– Switchboard
– Contact data maintenance in MS Outlook and CRM support
– Travel planning GL / Sales
– Trade fair support / trade fair planning / events
– General hotel and flight booking
– Member of the internal HACCP team
– Create a credit card statement for the GL
– Create purchasing requests from raw material suppliers
– Preparation of quotation calculations and customer offers
– General controlling tasks
– Newsletter & Online Marketing (Linkedin / Instagram)
– Creation of individual presentations for sales
– Create translations

Your profile:

  • You have an apprenticeship in a commercial profession.

  • Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, a structured way of working and assertiveness are a matter of course for you.

  • Fluent spoken and written English as well as in-depth user knowledge in the field of MS Office and Dynamics 365 Business Central round off your profile.

  • Commitment, resilience, flexibility, willingness to travel and ability to work in a team.
