PaperSeal® Cook innovation for ready meals
- Since the body of the shell is made of cardboard, PaperSeal® Cook trays use up to 80% less plastic than conventional trays.
- The shell has a unique construction that provides increased stiffness and consists of a single piece of cardboard that does not need to be folded or glued.
- The film lining can be easily separated from the cardboard part of the tray, which promotes easy recycling.
- The cardboard is made from renewable fibres that come from sustainably managed forests.
- The packs offer differentiation on the shelf thanks to the high-quality offset graphics.
- The hermetically sealed shell ensures that the product remains fresh, with a shelf life equivalent to that of a plastic shell.
- PaperSeal® Cook can be moved from the fridge or freezer to the microwave or to a conventional oven.
- The package offers flexibility in branding formats with high-quality offset graphics that differentiate on the shelf.
- The tray can be delivered shaped or flat, resulting in lower transport and storage costs later compared to prefabricated trays.
- Lining molding with Zero® waste technology reduces the cost of the final product.
