MIDMEKI intended use

The X-ray control system for larger products. In addition to foreign body control, the MIDMEKI system offers numerous functions that control the overall quality of the food (such as product integrity, filling level and completeness).

MEKI food control system

The MEKI™ X-ray inspection system is designed for smaller, consumer packaged foods, but sometimes larger products place greater demands on the inspection system. The MIDMEKI X-ray inspection system from Mekitec is designed for these special requirements.

With X-ray inspection, you are able to detect various foreign objects or quality defects (such as missing parts or broken products) in your food. This way you can reduce the number of complaints and offer your customers the safest and highest quality products. The MIDMEKI system offers excellent performance at the best price in the industry.

The system is designed to work with foods that are frozen or wrapped in aluminum or other metalized packaging.

Since January 2021 we have been a proud partner of the umbrella brand "Schleswig-Holstein. The real north." Because we are at home in the real north. In our mechanical engineering department (project: ECKO-Process) we have started the development of an automated production of foiled cardboard boxes without laps for the food industry with an automatic separation of foil and cardboard when used by the consumer. Since mechanical engineering and the manufacture of sustainable packaging depend on reliability and the highest quality, we made a conscious decision in favor of the development and production site in Büdelsdorf. Development, mechanical engineering, production and technical support all come from a single source. And from one place: our location here in the real north. The connection to Schleswig-Holstein, the people and our business partners strengthens our philosophy of further expanding Schleswig-Holstein as a business location.
